Anne Marie LaSalle went to heaven on February 2, 2021, one day after her 98th birthday. Born February 1, 1923 Anne lived her whole life in Spokane, Washington. Graduating from West Valley high school in 1941, her yearbook statement was "I will tolerate no disagreements!" A fiercely independent woman with dignity and tenacity, her mind was sharp to the very end. She worked in collections and as a house mother for Deaconess nursing school. She volunteered over 21 years at Millwood SCOPE Sheriffs office and also at her church. She had an infectious laugh and sense of humor. Her wit was unmatched. She loved to cook and was the best in the family. She also loved the casino! Described as selfless, generous to a fault, compassionate, best friend and hero, Anne was a truly beautiful woman. Widow of John DeFiore 1942-1944, Anne was married to Michael LaBella Jr. from 1947-1960. She married Donald LaSalle 1966-1998 until his passing. Anne was the mother of five children, two daughters of whom are now deceased, Marianne LaSalle and Angela Fisher. Anne is survived by three children Michael LaBella III, Darlene (Dolly) LaBella, and Teresa LaSalle; One sister Jean Jones; 11 grand children; 16 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. She is loved by everyone and will be deeply missed. Unforgettable. The Memorial Service, Committal and Reception will be held Wednesday February 10, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 503 North Walnut Street, Spokane Valley, WA.
