Charles Robert Thomas

Born September 10, 1951 in Seattle, Washington to Robert and Lilah Thomas, Charles (Charlie) Robert Thomas passed away Monday March 6, 2023 in Otis Orchards, Washington.  A long-time resident of Otis Orchards, Charlie graduated from Chinook High School in Chinook, Montana before marrying the love of his life, Susan Cox, October 26, 1975.  Charlie served his country in the U.S. Army, receiving an honorable discharge in February of 1977.  He worked 38 years as an Electronic’s Technician for Monaco Enterprises. Charlie had a love for classic cars, hunting and looking for fossils and interesting rocks as an amateur ‘Rock Hound’.  He was a good and kind father and husband, and will be greatly missed by his family. Charlie is survived by his wife, Susan Thomas; his son Nathan Thomas of Spokane; his daughter Jennifer Thomas of Spokane; his brother Albert Thomas of Post Falls, ID; his sisters Frances Steffensmier of Montana and Carla Beasley of Montana.  Charlie was preceded in death by his parents Robert Thomas and Lilah Steffensmier.   The Celebration of Life will take place 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023 at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home, 1315 N.
