Cynthia Lou Hendricks

Born October 31, 1952 to Alvin and Audrey (Blessing) Hendricks in Seattle, Washington, Cynthia Lou Hendricks passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 in Spokane Valley, Washington.  Receiving an AA Degree in Radiologic Technology from Bellevue Community College in 1976 and an AA Degree in Ultrasonography from Bellevue Community in 1980, Cindy was registered and in Breast OB/GYN, Mammography as an Ultrasonagrapher and Radiologic Technologist.  Kind, giving, adventurous, fun loving and always on the move, Cindy lived many places including Saudia Arabia, Jordan, San Diego California, Seattle and Freeland, Washington.  It was while she was teaching Radiology at the hospital in Riyadh, Cindy met her husband and had her daughter, Sarah.  Cindy loved quilting, Cross-stitching, camping, performing Union work, spending time with friends and family, going to breakfast with her sister, traveling the world and reading.  Cindy is survived by her daughter Sarah Al-Hussein from Santa Barbara, California; one brother Manny Hendricks from Seattle, Washington; one sister Tamie Baughman from Spokane, Washington and her step-mother Narcisa Hendricks.  Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Audrey Hendricks and her sister Laura Wilson.  A Viewing has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home followed by a Graveside Service Tuesday, February 8, 2022, 1:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery in Seattle, Washington.  To share memories of Cindy and leave condolences for the family, please visit her Tribute Wall.
