John Robert Levno

Born January 31, 1958 in Spokane, Washington to Robert and Loretta Levno. John Robert Levno passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 3, 2022. John was the owner and operator of JMF Enterprises, a diesel and truck repair business in the Spokane Valley for 32 years.  John was a spiritual man who loved being a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Otis Orchards, singing in the choir and hosting donuts after Sunday Masses.  John loved his family unconditionally.  He was always helping others and saw only the good in everyone he met.  John enjoyed long-haul driving, camping, boating and snowmobiling.  He loved to “tinker” in his shop. John hosted Halloween parties for his family and friends for over 20 years.  John was preceded in death by one sister Patti Bennett; his parents Robert and Loretta Levno;  grandparents Donald and Marietta Liggett and Conrad and Emily Levno; and numerous aunts and uncles. John is survived by one daughter Mari Levno Murphy; three brothers Guy Levno, Terry Levno and Dan Levno; three sisters Gwen Melcher, Donnelle Holstein, Dianne Beckemeier and one grandson Joshua Robert Murphy.  The Vigil and Rosary is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 6 p.m., Hennessey Valley Funeral Home 1315 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.  The Funeral Mass and reception will take place Friday, May 13th, 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church 4521 N. Arden Rd., Otis Orchards, WA followed by a 2:00 p.m. Committal at St. Joseph Cemetery in Spokane Valley, WA.  The family requests Memorial gifts be made  to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Choir.
