Kathleen Louise Strahm

Kathy passed away August 11, 2017 in Puyallup, Washington at age 66. She was born in Spokane, Washington to Alexander and Bernice Stagman.  She met the love of her life, Pete, in Spokane in 1985; they recently celebrated 17 years of marriage. Kathy graduated from University High School in Spokane Valley. Kathy attended Kinman Business University and Spokane Falls Community College. Kathy’s professional life was in banking; Fidelity Mutual, Pacific First Federal/Saving, Washington Mutual and Spokane Federal Credit Union.  Kathy loved to travel; spending time in Italy, Hawaii, and the Oregon Coast.  Kathy was a Seahawks and Mariners fan and loved going to games. She is survived by her husband, Pete; sisters Lorraine Price and Carol Garing (brother-in-Law Bill), nephew, Russ and niece Melissa. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Bernice. A memorial service will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home at 1315 N Pines, Spokane Valley on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Union Gospel Mission of Spokane.
