Born on July 22, 1948 in Wadena, Minnesota to Walter and Doris Lindula, Lynnet V. Mizner passed away on August 29, 2021. She was 73. Lynnet was one of 7 children. The family moved to Auburn, Washington when she was very young and she grew up there. She spent most of her adult life in King and Pierce Counties, moving to Spokane, Washington most recently to be near family.
Lynnet graduated from Auburn Senior High School in 1966 then married Loren Nyseth and started a family. Raising us was a job she took very seriously, working hard to make ends meet and making sure we had everything we needed. It was in May of 1979 that she married the love of her life, Keith Mizner. They built a life together that spanned over 4 decades.
Mom worked as a service manager for Korum Ford for most of her career but in her heart and soul, she worked there her whole life. She loved it.
Our Mom was kind and generous and always wanted to leave people better than she found them. She was thoughtful, funny as heck and extremely hardworking. She loved baking and sewing, shopping and growing the most beautiful flowers! Mom also really loved spending time with family; Especially Papa (Keith), riding on the back of his Harley, riding horses and fishing were some of her favorite things to do. She even held onto her riding leathers just incase there was another ride!!
She had 2 years 5 months clean and sober when she passed away and boy was she proud and grateful for that! We were too. She built a beautiful relationship with Jesus Christ and loved spending time with her church family at Valley Real Life Church, donating her time and delicious desserts to those less fortunate. Our beloved mother was the rock that held our family together. She instilled in us all that family is everything and made us all feel special to her. We truly are the people we are today because of who she was. We will miss her forever.

AFTER GLOW : I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I’d like to leave an after-glow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done. Helen Lowrie Marshall.
