Mark Wayne Kjos

Mark Wayne Kjos, Age 60, of Greenfield, Missouri previously of Spokane, Washington, passed away March 8, 2023 in Springfield, Missouri. He was born July 9, 1962 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to Shirley Mae (Legore) and Gerald Ernest Kjos.

Mark loved the great outdoors which included fishing and gardening and was of Lutheran faith. He enjoyed passing his knowledge of restoring, remodeling, building and gardening to his nieces and nephews.

Mark loved all animals especially his many dogs and is leaving behind his most recent companion-- his dog, Faith.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, Gerald Ernest and Shirley Mae Kjos; two brothers: Bradley Kjos and James Murray.

Mark is survived by: two brothers, Neil Kjos and wife Dori, Michael Kjos and wife Christel, three sisters: Tammy Deering and husband David, Wendy Tiffany and husband Alex and Tina Stewart. He had countless number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 30, 2023 in Hennessey Valley Funeral Home, 1315 North Pines Road, Spokane Valley, Washington 99206.

Inurnment will follow at 2:00 P.M. in Forest Cemetery (Riverview Section), 1001 Lincoln Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814.
