Peggy L Daniels

December 20, 1954 ~ November 26, 2021 (age 66) 66 Years Old

Tribute

Born December 20, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky to Richard Dale Daniels and Nora Fern Taulbee, our beautiful Peggy “Rose” Lynn Daniels went to rest with her heavenly Father on November 26, 2021 in Spokane Valley, Washington.  Rose passed away suddenly due to Pneumonia complication. Rose’s passing has been a huge loss to the family and friends that knew her. She was a staple in the senior community as well as in her church community. Anyone who knew her would say she was very selfless and always making sure she would give what little she had to make someone smile.

Rose attended Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she earned her AA degree in Medical Records. She then attended Spokane Community College, Spokane Washington, where she earned her AA degree in early childhood development and Special Education. Rose worked as a preschool teacher and a La Leche League Breastfeeding Peer counselor. She was a member of the Pin Pals Bowling club and President of the Red Hat Ladies. She was also an ordained minister Mother of the Church with Ready to Serve Ministries.

Rose is survived by her son Roy Gene Huff of Honolulu, Hawaii; Daughters Sara, Cassandra, Nora and Deanna Huff of Spokane and Stephanie Huff of Charlotte, NC; Her brother Mike Daniels and sister Patricia Cuddy, both in Kentucky; her sister Donna Foster of Jacksonville, Michigan and ten grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard Dale Daniels and Nora Fern Taulbee.

Rose was a giving, loving, and generous God fearing woman with a warm and caring heart. She enjoyed painting, working with flowers and crocheting. She loved the ocean, caring for her birds “sky” and “snow” and playing Mrs. Santa Claus at the Women’s Hearth.

We want to remember her as she was full of light, laughter and God. The Funeral Service is 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 9, 2021 at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, Washington.
