Bill was a tireless patriot, a Lt Col who served others like a Private, hard worker Bee, and genuine man of his word. I got the pleasure of knowing Bill the last 30 years of his life while he was an owner at Northwest Powder Coatings where he made good on every single delivery that my company would put on him. Condolences to his immediate & extended families, age 98 was a good ripe age!
