I sat at the Grill a few nights ago and just thought about him. We would tease each other about "our booth". I'm hugging each of his loved ones in my heart.

Oh, the many years I worked with Johnny on the B.N.S.F...he was funny, a good conversationalist, great to have on the crew, couldn't ask for a better man. My condolences to the family. Thomas
A. Marabello, locomotive engineer retired.

I first met you at Vance Jr. and Alexis's wedding,. You made my day and quite the impression on my mom when you offered her help up the stairs. Chivalry like that is hard to find these days. Then the Christmas you went home and can back with a gallon on chocolate milk for Deziree, saying Santa had accidently left it at your place. You were one of a kind and will be remembered by many who loved you..

I knew John from the time he and his sister Sylvia enrolled at Otis Orchards Grade
School when he was in sixth grade. He was a great addition to our close knit class.
He was kind, musical, fun and had a great sense of humor. I have been fortunate
to call him a friend for more than sixty years. He loved his family and especially his grandchildren. Rest in peace. My life was richer for having walked this road with you.
